- This synopsis is issued to announce a sole source award in association with the Request for Information (RFI) posted on 30 November 2007, Reference F1JEAC6331B001, requesting information for a performance-base service acquisition for the Air Force Institute of Operational Health (AFIOH), Brooks City-Base. This acquisition shall provide for equipment support services for EIA and Western Blot. Only one response to the posted RFI was received. Based on the response received during the RFI and additional research conducted by the AFIOH contracting support branch, a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement will be established with Trinity Biotech for procurement of equipment support services in accordance with the attached performance work statement, dated 29 December 2006. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 541380 and the small business qualification size is $11,000,000.
