Description

We intend to award a sole source contract to Teradyne Inc., 5700 MoPac Expressway South, Building D, Suite 400, Austin, Texas 78749, for one (1) Micro Flex Test System, and one (1) IG-XL(Flex) simulator AUL. The Micro Flex Test system and the IG-XL simulator are only manufactured, upgraded, maintenance, and supported by Teradyne Inc. who has proprietary rights. The Micro Flex Test system and IG-XL simulator are compatible and interchangeable with the existing equipment. Other than full and open com petition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is not a request for quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
