Description

The United States Geological Survey (USGS) is proposing to enter into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement with International Business Initiatives Corporation, a US Company, for the purpose of providing scientific studies and technical assistance to developing nations that are in need of assessments of water, energy, or mineral resources; or who could benefit from multilateral earth science data sharing projects; or biological studies involving non-native invasive plants, animals and/or pathogens; or that are interested in conducting assessments for natural hazard situations such as landslides, volcanic eruptions, floods or droughts. This is not a procurement, the partners in a CRADA contribute funds, equipment and in-kind services to the various research efforts that they engage in.
