Description

The USGS Woods Hole Science Center located in Woods Hole, MA has a requirement to purchase a state-of-the-art fully integrated Audio/Visual system for its new conference facility currently under construction. The AVC will be responsible for providing intuitive Low Voltate Control (LVC) software design and integration; rough and finish installation of all hardware; client support with systems operational instruction; for providing differing levels of service and extended maintenance agreements. Firms who feel that they can furnish the required items are invited to submit in writing an affirmative response to this announcement. THIS ACQUSITION WILL BE MADE UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES using FAR PART 13.5. The Product Service code is 60303. The NAICS code is 541512. CAD drawings are available at the following USGS FTP site: http://woodshole.er.usgs.gov/ftp/Gosnold/. Quotes are due at 2:00PM on 03/14/2007. The anticipated award date is 03/21/2007. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 2/26/2007 at 10AM EST. You must e-mail mfritts@usgs.gov with pre-registration.
