- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attachment. This is a totally small businesses set aside. This announcement constitutes the Request for Quotes (RFQ). The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency has a requirement for Grief Management Group Counseling Services The Period of Performance will be from the Date of Award through September 30, 2007. The solicitation number is 9594-07-Q-0016. NAICS code for this procurement is 624190 with size standard of $6M. Offers or quotes will be evaluated in accordance with evaluation factors contained in the solicitation Evaluation Criteria identified in Section (b) 52.212-2 EVALUATION ? COMMERCIAL ITEMS All questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted via email to elijah.anderson@csosa.gov or by fax at (202) 220-5711 before 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST), February 20, 2006. Quotes shall be submitted on or before 11:00 A.M. EST on March 1, 2007. Late quotes will not be accepted. Quotes shall be sent via courier or hand delivered to the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency, Office of Procurement, 633 Indiana Ave., NW, Suite 880, Washington, DC, 20004. All quotes shall reference: RFQ 9594-07-07-Q-0016 on the front of the package/page.
