- Description
- This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and 2 option periods. EPA is included for option period. NSN 6810-01-029-4217 is for ION Exchange Compound. I/A/W MIL-DTL-24119D(SH). Unit of Issue is 1 Cubic Foot. (CF). An "EXPORT CONTROL" TDP exists for this NSN. The TDP will only be released to Export Control certified requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP requests via the following website: https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/ If Export Control Certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, www.dlis.dla.mil. Contractors desiring a copy of MIL SPEC MIL-DTL-24119D(SH) must provide a completed DD FORM 2345 with certification number along with a statement of intended data use and what management Controls exist to prevent the release of military critical technical data. MSDS/OSHA Hazard Warning Labels are required. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Delivery required is 47 DARO. Delivery location will be Richmond, VA (SRG) The Guaranteed Minimum for the Base Year Only is 105 CF. The Estimated Annual Demand is 420 CF. The Maximum Annual Contract Qty is 840 CF. This is a Service Disabled Veteran (SDV) Set-Aside. Only offers from SDV will be considered. Procurement is Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources. The solicitation will be issued on or about 16 March 2007 and closing date will be 6 April 2007.
