- Request for Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-01-366-6676, 0014387879, Skin, Aircraft. This is an Export Control Item TDP will only be released to Export Control certified requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP request via the following website: https://pcfl.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/. If Export Control certification is required, request a DD form 2345. Military critical technical data agreement, from defense logistics services center, www.dlis.dla.mil .The sources listed in the AID for this item are The Boeing Company Cage 81205 and Aero Metal Forms Cage: 3T761 P/N 25-5300-10. Requirement is anticipated to be a Definite Quantity Contract for a base of 32 each and a 100% quantity option. The solicitation issue date is February 20, 2007 and the solicitation closing date is April 20, 2007. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
