Description
This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-14 are incorporated. Solicitation number 263-2007-Q-(FG)-0103 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS with a North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) of 444190. This requirement is for the installation of revenue and tracking equipment to be used in the Gateway visitors center parking garage located in Bethesda, Maryland. The successful offeror shall provide and install the Visitor Center Control System (VCCS) and the Garage Managers Office Access Control System (GMOACS). The VCCS will consist of the following items: seven (7) each bollards, two (2) each parking gates with detector, two (2) each 10 foot gate arms (articulating), one (1) each ticket printer ( machine readable), four (4) each saw cut loops, one (1) each vehicle detector(s) (dual detector), one (1) each vehicle detector(s) (single detector), one (1) each directional logic package A/B, one (1) each interlock/lockout, two (2) each proximity (PROX) Readers, one (1) each reader stanchion, two (2) each passport 360 Bp with G-neck stands, one (1) each fee computer with fee display and slip printer. The GMOACS will consist of the following items: two (2) each port controllers, one (1) each software-BUNDLED PACKAGE, one (1) each software module ? access control, one (1) each software module (count and monitoring control), one (1) each software module (shared accounts / carpool), one (1) each software module (revenue with ticket tracking), one (1) each central credit card software, one (1) each computer, monitor, printer and UPS, one (1) each cashier out-clock(s), and four hundred (400) each proximity (PROX) cards. This shall be a single award with delivery to Bethesda, Maryland, FOB Destination. All items shall be delivered within 60 days of acceptance.
