- Question #1: Do the classes have to be held on-site? Answer #1: In accordance with RFQ-0276309, Location of Training: Contractor?s site (Must be within 50 miles of Quantico, Va.) PLEASE NOTE: THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE CONTRACTOR?S SITE MUST BE WITHIN 50 MILES OF QUANTICO, VA HAS BEEN DELETED. Question #2: About 1 ? years ago, CISCO made the CCNA exam a lot harder and we went to 6 days of training, Monday thru Saturday, with Monday thru Friday being 10-12 hour days to make sure pass rates stay high. Can the training be 6 days? Answer #2: Yes. Question #3: In this solicitation, you state, ?When completed, attendee shall be certified.? Do you mean that we should issue them a ?Certificate of Completion,? or are you referencing to an official CISCO certification? We can certainly deliver the exams, but no one can guarantee certification since some students may not have the intellectual capacity to pass the exams. Answer #3: We are referencing an official CISCO certification. The FBI understands that there is no CISCO certification if the student does not pass the exam. Question #4: The boot camp training classes must be exclusive to FBI personnel or can we receive them in one of our already scheduled, and opened to a max of 10 students? Answer #4: The boot camp training classes do not have to be exclusive to FBI personnel. Question #5: It will be correct to understand that a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 FBI students (2 classes x 3-10 students) will be served during 2007, thru this solicitation? Answer #5: In accordance with RFQ-0276309, minimum class size would be 3 and the largest class size would be 10 during Fiscal Year 2007. Question #6: Could you please give us a basic idea about the desired schedule? Answer #6: The FBI wishes to keep the schedule flexible. There will be two classes sometime during Fiscal Year 2007. Question #7: Is this a new requirement? If not, who is the incumbent? Answer #7: This is a new requirement. Question #8: What on-line Reps and Certs have to be submitted with the RFQ? Question #10: Do you require a single per student price to cover all possible quantities of students the solicitation suggests? We would prefer to provide a sliding scale that provides for decreasing student class as student count per class increase. Answer #10: You can propose an alternate price schedule; however, you must submit a price schedule in accordance with the requirements in the solicitation.
