- S-WHARC-07-Q-0015 Questions and Answers Question 1: In Section 4.2.19 a caution plate triangle is required. Is this to be permanently affixed to the back of truck, or are they requesting a folding style that stores behind the seat? Answer 1: A folding triangle will suffice; it is to be used as a warning sign when the truck is parked in the road. Question 2: Are these trucks going to be registered in the US or Bolivia? Answer 2: Bolivia. See paragraph 2.0 of the Fedbizopps notice. Question 3: And if a vendor wins this contract, would they be able to get the US Government to give them a deposit? Answer 3: No. Payment will be made in accordance with paragraph 3.0 of the Fedbizopps notice. Question 4: What kind of warranty do they want, and what will need to cover? (Manufacturer's warranty is only going to cover so much, and it may not even be valid in Bolivia). Answer 4: The warranty must be valid in Bolivia. See paragraph 1.0 of the Fedbizopps notice.
