- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition Miami, Florida The United States Government intends to award a lease, using other than full and open competition to the Jorge Mas Canosa Building, 4201 N.W. 77th Avenue, Miami, Florida for the Office of Cuban Broadcasting. The enhanced security measures, radio and television broadcasting studios and technical infrastructure that are already incorporated into this building make this location ideal for this agency. This lease will be for a total of 49,427 rentable square feet of fully serviced space for a five-year, firm term lease. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the Government?s intent to award this project under Other Than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Louise Long, Contracting Officer, at louisem.long@gsa.gov or to her attention at GSA, Realty Services Division (4PEY), Atrium West Building, 7771 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Suite 119, Sunrise, Florida 33351.
