Description

We intend to award a sole source contract to Information Handling Services (I.H.S.) 15 Inverness Way East, Englewood, CO 80155-6720, to purchase renewal software maintenance and licenses subscription for Haystack and 4D Parts Universe databases. Inf ormation Handling Services (I.H.S.) is the sole manufacturer with proprietary rights to the software and licenses. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or S ervices will satisfy agency requirement. This is not a request for quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
