Description: This solicitation requires two (2) U.S. flag tugs to provide harbor support services and ship handling for the San Diego Harbor, CA area. This contract is for all tug requirements that cannot be satisfied with government owned, controlled or time-chartered tugs (both current and follow-on contracts with essentially the same terms).
