- **This announcement serves to modify the delineated area as previously posted.** U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 2,500 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 2,200 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet NFPA requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. The offered space must be contiguous on one floor and should include four (4) on-site, secure parking spaces with an additional 6 to 10 spaces available within 1 block. The warehouse portion (approximately 700 BOASF) shall provide for vehicle access with a minimum door opening height of 10?8? and 16-17? ceiling clear height throughout. DELINEATED AREA: Within the vicinity of Providence, RI, further bound by the following description: North: I-295 South: Route 6 East: I-95 West: I-295 The proposed lease is for a term of ten (10) years, with a firm term of five (5) years and should be fully serviced and meet all of the Government requirements as set forth in a Solicitation for Offers (SFO) to be issued for this lease acquisition. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING PRIOR TO MARCH 12th, 2007 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) Legal description 3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered in CADD format. AutoCAD or compatible format is required. 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered 6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7) Number of covered parking spaces available on the premises. 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
