Anticipated solicitation issue date: 30 Mar 07. The approximate proposal response date is 30 Apr 2007. A firm-fixed price, Requirements contract with a one-year basic and 4 one-year option ordering periods will be issued. The repair consists of returning to the government in a completely serviceable condition Convergent Segment Liners in accordance with the provisions listed Statement of Work identified in Appendix ?A?, Appendix ?B? and Appendix ?C? of the contract. Qualification Requirements exists: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1. Currently the following source is approved: Smiths Aerospace Components-Manchester CT. The government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests.
