Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue an Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00019-03-G-0014. NAVAIR intends to negotiate this Order on a cost plus fixed fee basis with Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC), 1801 State Route 17C Owego, New York 13827-3998. LMC is the sole proprietary developer of the AN/ALQ 210 and AN/ALQ-217 systems. The effort to be performed by LMC is for engineering support in the integration of E-2C AN/ALQ-217 Electronic Support Measures (ESM) bus monitoring functionality with CNS/ATM system architectures.
