ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT: Furnish and install one 12 strand fiber patch panel in the Autoclave room of Building C3 / 417. CHANGE #1 Furnish and install one 48 port CAT6 patch panel in lieu of one 24 port CAT6 patch panel that is described in the first sentence of the first paragraph of Phase II Project Requirements. CHANGE #2 Change wording from eight (8) various locations to ten (10) various locations in the first sentence of the fifth paragraph under Phase II of the Project Requirements.
