Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement to lease approximately 27,660 square feet of office and warehouse comprised as follows: 17,085 square feet of office space, and 10,575 square feet of warehouse space. In addition 85,000 square feet of fenced paved wareyard, and on-site parking for approximately 112 vehicles must be provided, all located within the city limits of Safford, Arizona. The building must meet Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, and must be served by city utilities. It may not be a site with known past or present contamination by hazardous waste materials. It may not be located in a predominantly industrial or residential area. It cannot be located within the 100-year floodplain. Parties interested in offering space for this requirement should call the number below, or send written responses to the address below, identifying the space proposed for lease, or interest in providing a site, by March 21, 2007.
