- SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. Qualified commercial sources within 10KM of Garmisch are currently being sought for an anticipated Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Photofinishing Services for the George C. Marshall Center Visual I nformation Branch (VIB). Anticipated performance period of 01 March 2007 - 30 September 2010. The MC VIB requires a variety of photographic products, mostly generated from digital files, which can be provided to the MC in an extremely rapid manner. All p hotographic prints produced by the contractor shall be printed on glossy photo stock paper. The contractor will provide the following, per the governments request: 20 x 30 cm/8 x 12 inch color prints from government digital files provided, 8 x 10 inch pri nts from government digital files provided, 13 x 18 cm/5 x 7 inch prints from government digital files provided, 10 x 15 cm/4 x 6 inch prints from government digital files provided, E-6 processing and slide mounting, C-41 processing. Prints from digital c ameras are provided on CDs or camera chips. MC VIB personnel will deliver digital media to the contractor and pick up finished prints. Due to the nature of the material required, e.g. pictures of Distinguished Visitors, MC prints are generally required in less than one hour. Negatives, prints from negatives, and 35mm slides are required within 10 days. All business and correspondence conducted by/at/with the Marshall Center must be in English. Photofinishing technicians must be conversant in English, bo th in speaking and writing. operating hours are from 0730 to 1630, Monday through Friday; however, these are subject to change based on mission and operating requirements. American holidays are observed; however, German holidays are not observed. The con tractor shall meet the security requirements as set forth in AR 604-20. A security clearance is not required for the contractors performance of work. This sources sought announcement does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, to procure any services.
