Description: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, has a non-competitive requirement to stabilize an existing shoreline using large woody debris. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), as lead trustee for the Pike Property Restoration Project, plans to stabilize the existing shoreline using large woody debris and coir logs. This project will be done in conjuction with co-trustee agencies, Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) and the National Oceanic and Atomsperic Administration (NOAA). The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services plans to award this contract as a sole-source award to Mark J. Davis, LLC on Wednesday March 7, 2007.
