- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/synopcom.htm. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division intends to enter into a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with Dillon Aero, Inc, 8009 E. Dillon?s Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed ID/IQ contract will have a five (5) year ordering period with a contract minimum order quantity of $250,000.00 and a maximum order quantity of $30,000,000.00. Gun Control Unit (DMG0100A); CLIN 0009 ? Gu n Control Unit (P/N DMG0175); CLIN 0010 ? Spade Grip Assembly (P/N DMG0200); CLIN 0011 ? Spade Grip Assembly (P/N DMG0250); CLIN 0012 ? Spade Grip Assembly (P/N DMG0265); CLIN 0013 ? Ammo Container W/O Lid (P/N DAB4400); CLIN 0013 ? Ammo Container W/O Lid (P/N DAB 3000); CLIN 0014 ? The contractor shall be required to fire all weapons for break-in as required to ensu re reliability and accuracy of the rifle systems. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination (NSWC Crane). Contract award is expected on a FOB Destination basis. To be eligible for award, contractors must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet @ www.ccr.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation.
