- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation to satisfy the government?s requirement for commercial item(s)/service(s) Modular Vault & Vault Door per format in subpart part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only publication; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is M6700107Q0043 Documentation number M2710007SU00011. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for all qualified small businesses the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-05. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 332999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure the commercial item/service listed below, in support of SUPPLY BN BLDG 1118 ASH ST aboard M arine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC. The item/service required: MODULAR VAULT AND VAULT DOOR, Qty: 1, Item Name: MODULAR VAULT AND VAULT DOOR UL LISTED CLASS-M FIVE SIDED CCONCRETE MODULAR VAULT SYSTEM WEIGHING 53 LBS/SQFT WITH INSIDE DIMENSIONS OF 24?0? WIDE x 22?0) DEEP X10?0 HIGH AND OUTSIDE DIMENSIONS OF 24?8? x 22?8? x 10?4?. THERE WILL BE (2) TWO CELING MOUNTED PORT VENT PANELS FOR AIR EGRESS. THERE WILL BE (3) THREE 1 ?? OFFSET SERVICE CONDUITS FOR ELECTRIC, PHONE, COMPUTER ETC. THE UL LISTED CLASS-M PANELS ARE 4? THICK. THE PANELS WILL INTERLOCK AND BE WELDED TOGETHER FROM THE INSIDE OF THE STRUCTURE. THE SYSTEM WILL MEET/EXCEED AR 190-11 FOR WEAPONS AND SECURE DOCUMENT STORAGE. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: CV (SUPPLIER) TO PROVIDE INTERIOR LIGHTING THAT INCLUDES (6) SIX 4? x 2 STANDARD FLUORESCENT LIGHT ATTACHED DIRECTLY TO THE VAULT CEILING. THE ELECTRICAL PORTION OF THIS PROJECT WILL INCLUDE TAPPING OFF THE BUILDINGS?EXISTING PANEL AND RUNNING UP TO 4 SEPARATE CIRC UITS INTO THE VAULT. THE CIRCUITS WILL BE FOR HVAC LIGHTING OUTSIDE A ND 1 EXTRA. INSIDE THE VAULT WILL BE A SMALL ELECTRICAL PANEL WITH CIRCUITS FOR THESE ITEMS. ALL STEEL EMT CONDUITS FROM THE EXISTING PANEL TO THE VAULTS PANELS AND ALL SURFACE MOUNTED CONDUITS WITHIN THE VAULT IS INCLUDED. EXIXTING PANEL MUST BE WITHIN 50?
