- This is NOT a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This solicitation shall be awarded as a performance based contract. Duties shall include but are not limited to: provide remote and on site access using DM case and clinical reporting systems in RPMS to improve the health status of Native American people with diabetes and Native Americans that are at risk of developing diabetes. The solicitation shall be made available on or around January 3, 2007. All requests being made for a Request For Proposal (RFP) must be in writing. Offeror must submit name(s) of individual(s) to perform work and provide documentation of all related qualifications. Award shall be made on best value based upon price and qualifications. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-DEC-2006).
