- This Amendement answers questions received by 2:00 P.M. February 22, 2007. Additional questions will not be accepted. Question I: What is the effective date of coverage? Answer: April 15, 2007; Question 2: What is the value of the building? Answer: Insured value is $40,261,200 Question 3: What is the amount of business personal property? Answer: Insured value is $16,650,800; Question 4: What is the amount of "Other property coverage"? Accounts Receivable - $250,000; Electronic Vandalism - included in applicable Business Personal Property Limit, Employee Personal Effects: $50,000, Fine Arts: $50,000, Debris Removal Additional Amount: $50,000, Fire Department Service Charge: $50,000, Fire Device Recharge: $50,000, Fungus, Wet Rot, Dry Rot, Bacteria and Virus - Limited coverage at covered premises in any one policy year: $50,000 New Construction at Scheduled Premises: $1,000,000, Newly Acquired Property - Buildings: $1,000,000 and Business Personal Property: $500,000, Ordinance of Law Coverage (Demolition and increased cost of construction): $500,000, Ordinance of Law Coverage (Value of the undamaged building): Included in building limit Underground Water Seepage: $25,000, Earthquake (policy year limit of insurance): $5,000,000 Floor (policy year limit of insurance): $5,000,000, Pollutant and Contaminant - Clean up: $50,000 and Transit: $50,000; Question 5: The 3rd and 4th floors are leased to another Gov't agency. We need to specifically know who this is? It depends on who are the tenants since if it is sensitive government agencies, that could be a problem so the insurance companies will want to know who is in the bldg. Answer: The third and fourth floors are leased to the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight; Question 6: Are we providing any liability insurance on this building or JUST property coverage? Answer: No liability coverage; Question 7: Loss runs will need to be provided, even though the info reports no losses. Answer: No losses to report; Question 8: Are we to quote Business Income coverage? Answer: If so, I will need a limit for loss of rents and loss of BI for the OTS. Answer: No; Question 9: Hartford is currently covering this risk. Is there any chance we can review the coverage in force on that policy, one to make sure they have enough coverage and two to make sure we are quoting apple to apples? Answer: Coverage is as described in #4 above. Deductible is $25,000; Question 10: Is any fine arts coverage needed for artwork throughout the building? Answer: See item #4 above. The closing time and date for submission of responses remains unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-MAR-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
