- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is conducting a sources sought synopsis to locate Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) capable of providing logistical support for the Organ Donation and Transplantation Breakthrough Collaborative, the National Strategy, and the anticipated Transplant Program Growth and Outcome Collaborative. This task order shall provide a comprehensive program of meeting management, a web-based knowledge management system, and consulting support for major national initiatives that cover the entire national organ donation and transplantation healthcare system. The tasks carried out under any resultant contract require expertise in conference planning. The overall objective is to provide logistical support to: -conduct large Collaborative Learning Session of 600-1000 participants for each session -conduct the 3rd National/1st International Congress planned for 2500 participants -conduct Improve Leader Conferences for up to 375 participants -conduct meetings of the Collaborative?s Leadership Coordination Council -conduct regular meetings of the Collaborative Faculty -pay honoraria to Collaborative Faculty -pay travel for guest speakers -obtain meeting facilitation and expert consultation support for national and regional collaborative events -provide audiovisual, presentation planning, and advice as well as technical support for audiovisual such as projection screens, laptops, PowerPoint projectors, etc. -provide other support for collaborative meetings and events The process requires the contract to consist of three (3) distinct program areas and subparts: (1) Collaboratives and Initiatives Relating to Collaboratives, (2) Advisory Committee on Organ Transplantation, and (3) Public and Professional Education and Grant Activities. The process also requires the contract to include the following series of anticipated meetings and key events: GROUP 1: COLLABORATIVES AND INITIATIVES RELATING TO COLLABORATIVES -Targeted Collaborative Event 2, November 2007 -Targeted Collaborative Event 3, August 2007 -Faculty Meeting, September 2007 -National Learning Congress (NLC), November 2007 GROUP 2: TRANSPLANT PROGRAM GROWTH & OUTCOMES COLLABORATIVE -Learning Session, June 2007 -Faculty Meeting, September 2007 -Targeted Collaborative Event 1, September 2007 -Learning Session 2 in conjunction with NLC, Novmeber 2007 -Targeted Collaborative Event 2, February 2008 -Faculty Meeting, March 2008 -Learning Session 3, April 2008 GROUP 3: NATIONAL SPREAD STRATEGY INITATIVE & LEADERSHIP COORDINATION COUNCIL (LCC) -Targeted Spread Event 2, May 2007 -Management Team Working Session, June 2007 -National Improvement Leaders, August 2007 -Targeted Spread Event 3, September 2007 -Targeted Spread Event 4, January 2008 -Management Team Working Session, February 2008 -NIL & LCC Event, March 2008 -Targeted Spread Event 5, May 2008 -Management Team Working Session, July 2008 Interested organizations must demonstrate and document in any capability statements submitted extensive experiences with and the ability to perform the above tasks. Organizations should demonstrate capability to administer and coordinate interrelated tasks in an effective and timely manner. Documentation may include Government and commercial contracts, providing references (with names, telephone numbers, and email address) and any other information serving to document the organization?s capability.
