- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) require services for Weapons Acoustical Emission Data , with a period of service through 30 December 07. The proposed procurement will be awarded on a sole source, small business set-aside basis to Blue Ridge Research and Consulting. This award will be a firm fixed price using simplified acquisition procedures. Requests for copies of solicitation W9132T-07-T-0070 will be issued on or about 19 March 07 with a closing date of 26 March 07.
