Nihoff 717-605-4579 This acquisition is subject to FAR Clause 52.213-18, Availability of Funds. Title: Paving, Concrete Repairs and Street Marking, Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg PA Scope of Work: This work includes, but is not limited to, the provision of all labor, management and supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies to accomplish the following work. Excavation and removal or replacement of deteriorated paved surfaces. Construction of new stone and bituminous surfaces. Overlay of existing ramp slabs and surfaces. Spot patching of existing bituminous paving. Stabilization of shoulders and application of bituminous tack coat, surface treatment, and sealing of cracks. Application of cold laid polymer modified emulsion asphalt paving course to provide an intermediate and/or surface course for existing pavement. Which, will restore the original surface properties to worn, but, structurally sound pavements by mean of a process identified as Micro-Surfacing, Micro-Texturing, Macro-Seal or Macro-Pavement, which is to include the filling of ruts where necessary. Includes the removal or replacement of concrete curbs, sidewalks, ramps, windowsills, floors, walls, block, bricks and bituminous surface areas. Saw cutting of asphalt and concrete, resetting manholes and catch basins, resetting curbing, and, wheel stops. Crack and joint repairs. Marking of assorted surfaces which, are to be thoroughly cleaned of dust, dirt, and other granular debris. Removal of existing paint, and other coatings adhering to the surface. Sodding and seeding, or reseeding as required. Disposal of all removed materials off Government property in accordance with the attached specifications. Estimated Price Range: Indefinite Quantity Contract, $25,100.00 Minimum. Number of Days in Contract: 365 with 2 option years. Number of Bid Items: Base bid plus 2 option years. NAICS Code: 237310, Highway, Street and bridge Construction,$31 Million. Prospective contractors must register in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award. Bidders are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award. Specifications and drawings will not be directly provided in a paper hard copy format or CD-ROM.
