- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren intends to procure form-factor computers and routers on a Sole Sourced, firm-fixed price, basis in accordance with the Statement of Work to The Parvus Corporation, 3222 S. Washington Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84115. Parvus Corporation is the sole manufacturer of this hardware, which must meet military standards for EMI, shock and vibration. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334111 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to CDSA, Virginia Beach, VA., and delivery shall take place within 12 weeks of contract award. All interested parties shall contact the Contract Specialist at (540)653-7478 and indicate their interest and capability. This procurement is DO priority rated. Offer is due 16 March 2007 no later than 2:00 p.m. (local NSWCDD time, EDT) to: Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren, XDS11 Contract Branch, 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 200, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110 and anticipated award by 15 May 2007. All interested parties shall indicate their interest and capability by e-mail dlgr_nswc_xds11@navy.mil or by fax at (540) 653-7088, which shall be considered by Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren. This acquisition will occur via a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will be in accordance with FAR 13.5-Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. All items shall be delivered and accepted FOB-Destination to the Combat Direction Systems Activity, Code F33, Activity, Dahlgren Div, NSWC, 1922 Regulus Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2097 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on weekdays. No deliveries will be accepted on Federal holidays. Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Laboratory Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area; therefore, this synopsis will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/wwwDL/XD/supply. DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR Web site at http://www.ccr.gov. A paper registration form may be obtained fro the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-888-227-2423.
