Description LEASE SPACE TO THE GOVERNMENT Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 10,251 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet with two (2) structured parking spaces required within two (2) block radius in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Building must allow public access some evenings/weekends. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Relocation costs will be evaluated. Delineated area: Offered properties must be located in the Philadelphia Central Business District (CBD) which is delineated by the following: East: 2nd Street West: 20th Street South: Walnut Street North: Arch (from 2nd to Broad) and Vine (from Broad to 20th Street) Term: 10 years with full termination rights by the government after the fifth (5th) full year of occupancy. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address; 2) Rentable square feet available and rentable rate per square foot; and 3) Common Area Factor 4) Basic Floorplan. Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
