Solicitation SPM4A6-07-R-0495 is issued on an unrestricted basic utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition procedures pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 9 each, Minimum Order Qty is 9 each, Estimated Annual Demand Qty is 34 each, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 68 each. There are three approved sources of supply for this requirement: Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, cage code (97942), Glenair Inc., cage code (18863) and DCX-CHOL Enterprises Inc., cage code (60118), for P/N 586R32H02. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Delivery is 120 days ARO. There is a surge requirement for this NSN.
