Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-06-RP-0051for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish inscription service for (U1) Inscription for Upright Marble Headstones and (R2) Reverse Inscription of Upright Granite Headstones for Southern Florida National Cemetery, 6501-A South State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL 33467, from date of award through September 30, 2007 (base period) with up to three (3) 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2010. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 561990. Size standard of 6M is applicable. The contractor shall be required to complete the inscription work order within ten (10) calendar days from the time of receipt of the order document. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about March 30, 2007. Responses to the solicitation are due by 4:00 p.m., April 30, 2007. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps. See Numbered Note 1.
