Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Madigan Army Medical Center intends to award a standing order contract for surgical cardiac products to include but not limited to catheters, balloon catheters, stents, rhythm devices. Estimated amount shall be $75,000.00 and anticipated period of performa nce of 15 March 2007 to 30 September 2007. Vendor selection shall be based on surgeons evaluation of patient requirements.
