Description: The Miami VA Healthcare System Facilities Management Service has two requirements for wall paper installation. First requirement is for the Hemodialysis unit. 1. Demo Wallpaper on all walls and prime walls as required in our Hemodialysis unit. 2. Vendor must supply/install new protek panels, 4? include trim, cut outs, caulk, all corner guards and new cove base. 3. Daily clean up required. All work must be done at night. 4. All new wallpaper to be installed; along with the panel installation. Second requirement is for Pharmacy Waiting Area. 1. Remove old paper, install new wall paper over 4? wainscot (existing). 2. All work cleaned daily. 3. All work to be done on nights and weekend only.
