- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912JV-07-Q-4002 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-02. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 314999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. CHARGING ASSY- PARA FLITE P/N 603700, VALVE PURGING ASSY - PARA FLITE P/N 603750, HOSE ASSY, 216 inches- PARA FLITE P/N 605110, AND, SHALL INCLUDE FIFTEEN (15) EACH OF - HOSE ASSY 120 inches - - PARA FLITE P/N 605110 . 0002-- MASK, W/COMMO, OREGON ANG PARA FLITE P/N 603810. 0003 -- OXYGEN SUPPLY SYSTEM, S8 8 PHAOS, PARA FLITE P/N 603100. 0004-- PCKT, OXY S88 SLIP-ON,PARA FLITE P/N 8112. REFERENCE F8TTST7005A100 ON YOUR QUOTE Items should be shipped 120 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to 6801 NE Cornfoot Road, Portland Oregon 97218-2797.
