Description
CONTACT Hae C. Rhee, Electronics Engineer, 732 427-5178. This is a Market Survey to locate sources for spares for AN/APR-44(V)1/3 Radar Warning Systems. Spares are as follows: NSN 5841-01-047-5485 Receiver, Radar; NSN 5895-01-048-0705, Control,Receiv er; NSN 5915-01-088-6773, Filter Assembly, Ele; NSN 5841-01-047-5486 Receiver, Radar. Detailed technical data for manufacture or acceptance of these units are not available from the Army. However, the Army will provide the existing documents, such as, the Technical manuals (TM 11-5841-291-20P & TM 11-5841-291-12), the Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 11-5841-291 & P, and Equipment Specification No. EL-SS-4135-001A to utilize. The Army will also provide NSN 6940-01-058-1066, Simulator Set for testin g and AN/APR-44(V) -Golden Unit- NSN 5841-01-047-5398 Radar Receive; NSN 5841-01-047-5485 Receiver, Radar; NSN 5895-01-048-0705, Control, Receiver; NSN 5915-01-088-6773, Filter Assembly, Ele; NSN 5841-01-047-5486 Receiver, Radar as Government Furnished Equ ipments for basis of Fabrication. There will be parts obsolescence problems on these items. NSN 5895-01-048-0705 must be night vision comparable. The task is to fabricate, perform required testing, and validate of operational performance requirement in ac cordance with equipment specification. Suppliers capable of performing these tasks must so indicate, by email to hae.c.rhee@us.army.mil or Matthew.Eberhardt@us.army.mil. The supplier must have Research and Development capabilities to perform these tasks. In response supplier must demonstrate its capabilities to perform these tasks. This is not a solicitat ion. This is only for market research to locate potential sources. The solicitation will be published at later date. The contract will be 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
