- Description
- This presolicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract for the renovation and upgrade of restrooms located in Building 11, first and second floors, at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna PA. Work to include, but is not limited to: selective demolition of existing restroom facilities; minor modifications to the existing layout; replacement of all plumbing fixtures and selective piping; installation of new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes; modifications to the fire alarm system and ventilation equipment; electrical modifications and repairs including replacement of electrical fixtures and equipment; and incidental related work. Estimated magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS is 238220(Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditionin g Contractors), average annual receipts $13.0 million. Solicitation Number W25G1V-07-B-0002 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No pa per or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d), and 14.205-1(a).
