- Pre-Solicitation Notice W9127S-07-B-0003: This solicitation is Unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program for North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561730 (Landscaping). The small business siz e standard is $6.5 million. The solicitation is for a commercial performance based service contract to provide mowing services for areas covered by the Millwood Tri-Lakes Project Office (DeQueen Schedule A, Dierks Schedule B, and Gillham - Schedule C Lakes only). The proposed contract will be issued for a base period of 01 April 2007 through March 31, 2008 and four annual option periods. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Bids (RFB) and award will be made to the lowest priced qualified bidd er. This solicitation will be issued via thru Internet only within the next 3 to 10 days. Notification of amendments shall be made via Internet only as well. It is therefore the contractor responsibility to check the following address daily for any post ed changes to this solicitation. For security reasons, all technical and engineering data related to this solicitation will be distributed using the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) system. FedTeDS is a web- based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. Interested bidders must register with FedTeDS before accessing the system. Registration instructions can be found on the FedTeDS website (https://www.fedteds.gov) by clicking on the Reg ister with FedTeDS hyperlink. Contractors registered with the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: https: //acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm and search for Solicitation Number W9127S-07-B-0003.
