Description

The Government is seeking sources to provide a rental facility to be utilized for Marriage Enrichment Retreats, Spiritual Retreats and other Specialized Retreats for the Spiritual Fitness Division (SFD), Mid-Atlantic Region, Norfolk, Virginia. All Retreats and other Specialized Retreats will be conducted under the supervision of the on-site chaplain. The facility shall be within 50 miles radius of the Naval Station, Norfolk, Virginia. A firm fixed price contract with base year and two option periods are anticipated. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendment to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the document at the FISC Norfolk Website: http://www.nor.fisc.navy.mil/contracts/sol or at the Navy Electronic Commerce online Website: http://neco.navy.mil/biz_opps/search_edi.cfm. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying the neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials are owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to so present may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
