- The purpose of this action is to procure a subscription to ?Defense Daily? magazine which provides an invaluable source of information about current Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology. ?Defense Daily? also provides substantial coverage of the Office of Naval Research and its projects and is highly desirable to maintain awareness of Scientific and Technical advance taking place in the Navy and Marine Corps as a whole. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five (5) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
