Description

Location: The U.S. Government is seeking quality office space in Eau Claire, Wisconsin within the following delineated area: Starting at the Junction of I-94 and Hendrickson Drive, Hendrickson Drive north to Highway 12, Highway 12 west, then north to Highway 124, Highway 124 east to Starr Avenue, Starr Avenue north to Melby Street, Melby Street east to Highway 53, south on Highway 53 to County Hwy A (Spooner Drive), east pm County Hwy A to 3rd Street, south on 3rd Street to Highway 12, Highway 12 west to Highway 53, Highway 53 south to I-94, west on I-94 to Hendrickson Drive. Space Requirements: Approximately 3,981 rentable square feet that will yield between 3,400 to 4,000 square feet of usable office space and 3 reserved parking spaces. Sufficient additional parking and amenities should also be available within 4 blocks. Lease Term: 10 years with 5 years firm Description: Modern office space and facilities in an office building, fully serviced and altered to Government specifications are required. Space offered must meet U.S. Government fire safety requirements and handicapped accessibility standards. The General Services Administration will not use tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions for this procurement. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership.
