- Previous notice Reference Number PR07-42-0066 has been cancelled. This is the revised requirement. Please submit your proposals against this posting. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PR 07-42-0066 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-15. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210 -- Software Publishers. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. FOB Destination shall be NLRB HQ at Washington, DC 20005. Please include your DUNS number, and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) in your response to this requirement. The requirement is for: A. Siebel Case Management End Users consists of 1. One (1) Siebel Public Sector CRM Base (Based on Enterprise $250M Operating Budget), 2. One (1) Siebel Remote Client (Based on Enterprise $250M Operating Budget), 3. Siebel Advanced Search (Application User) ? 1200, 4. Siebel Server Sync ? MS Exchange Server (Application User) ? 1200. B. Siebel Case Management Configuration Software (By the Development Team) consists of 1. Five (5) Siebel Tools (Application User), Five (5) Siebel Web UI Dynamic Developer Kit (Application User). C. Oracle Business Intelligence/Siebel Analytics Users consists of Business Intelligence Suite ? Enterprise Edition (Named User Plus) ? Qty 250, Business Intelligence Application Applications Consumer (Application User) ? Qty 250. D. Oracle Business Intelligence Configuration consists of one (1) each of Data Warehouse Business Adapter for Siebel (Customer), Case Management Analytics (Customer), Case Investigations Analytics (Customer), Informatica OEM PowerCenter ETL Server for Physical Server (Mfr: Informatica ? 3rd Party Program) (Physical Server), and three (3) of Business Intelligence Server Administrator (Named User Plus). E. Software Maintenance/Support ? Duration of Lease (25 months). National Labor Relation Board (NLRB) has a need to acquire the SIEBEL PUBLIC Sector Version 8.0 through Lease to own plan (LTOP) as described in the attached list. Also a draft LTOP Terms and Conditions are attached. All interested responsible sources may submit a quotation that, if timely received, shall be considered by NLRB.
