IS SEEKINGTO LEASE EXISTING OFFICE SPACE in GAITHERSBURG MARYLAND SOLICITATION NO. 362575-A-07-L023 The need is for fully-serviced existing Class A office space of about 5,600 square feet of contiguous interior floor space net of common or core areas. On-site parking sufficient to accommodate a minimum of 30 employee vehicles plus visitor parking is required. A base term of five (5) years plus one renewal option is desired. The property must meet Federal Handicapped Accessibility Standards and must be certified free of friable asbestos, lead paint and petroleum based contaminants as of the start date of the lease. PREFERRED AREA: Within the City Limits of Gaithersburg, MD Lease form may be obtained by mailing or faxing a request to the address below. Initial offers may be submitted by letter or on a Postal Service lease form. The final lease will use the standard Postal Service lease form. Proposals are due not later than 5pm March 30, 2007.
