OFFADD: 6 CONS/LGCA 2606 Brown Pelican Ave., MacDill AFB, FL. 33621-5000 SUBJECT: Airfest 2007, Provide video airshow documentary for MacDill DUE: 9 March 2007, 1200 EST. POC: A1C Melissa Messier, Contract Specialist, Phone: (813) 828-7479; Fax (813) 828-3389, Email: melissa.messier@macdill.af.mil DESC: 6 AMW at MacDill Air Force Base, FL is solicitating this Request for Quote for an airshow documentary for MacDill. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The airshow documentary for MacDill sought will have the following specifications: Description Qty 1. Performance fee for airshow video project to film and then produce a video of the MacDill AFB Airfest 2007. This video will include all day and evening shows. This will also include a master DVD and at least 25 copies with custom lables. 1 EA ***Statement of Work Airshow Video & Documentry 1. Scope of Work. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision and other items to provide a Video and documentary of the MacDill AFB AIRFEST 2007 . The contractor shall perform to the standards in this SOW. 1.2 Contractor. The contractor hereby aggress to provide airshow announcing services at MacDill AFB, AIRFEST 2007 within the limitations as defined by the Airshow Director and Air/Ground Coordinator (Airboss). 1.3 Performance. Contractor shall provide airshow video & documentry for one practice show (Friday 30 Mar 07), one night show (Friday 30 mar) and two day show (Saturday and Sunday (31 Mar & 1 Apr 07). 1.4 Compensation. The Government hereby aggress to compensate the Contractor at the date specified. Advance payment is not authorized, nor will the Government pay a deposit. The government will pay 100% of the agreed amount only if a video is produced and delivered. 1.5 Donation. Based on Air Force policy the contractor shall not solicit donations as additional compensation from the public on an Air Force Installation. Only those airshow supporters will be mentioned by the announcer. A list of airshow supporters will be provided prior to the beginning of the airshow. 1.6 Airshow. The MacDill AFB, AIRFEST 2007 shall start on 30 mar 2007 and continue through 1 April 2007. Contractor will arrive at least one day in advance, on 29 Mar 2007 to help with local promotions and media support. 1.7 Contractors Liability Insurance. The Contractor declares that they will maintain personal liability insurance. 1.8 Lodging. The Contractor will not include a fee for lodging, One non-smoking room will be provided by MacDill AFB. 1.9 Transportation. The Contractor will not include a fee for ground transportation, MacDill AFB will provided one automobile upon arrival and for the duration of the MacDill AFB AIRFEST 2007. 1.10Contractor will deliver a complete video and documentary. This will include a master DVD with at Least 25 copies with custom lables. MacDill AFB (USAF) will have full rights and control of this product. ***SMALL BUSINESSES WILL be given fair and equal opportunity and are encouraged/ asked to also submit an quote for competition*** Any vendors requesting information, and would like to respond with the ability to provide equivalent products, the specifications for these products could be asked for to determine if they meet the requirement. Firms responding to this RFQ are asked to provide the following information in their initial response: company?s full name, business size, DUNS/CAGE Codes, GSA #, address, point of contact, and a clear indication as to whether or not they can provide the item the government is seeking. Final responses to this RFQ will be due on 9 March 2007, 1200 EST. Responses will be reviewed and may result in further clarifications to further explore commercial capabilities with selected respondents. As industry may expect to see portions of submitted information in future solicitations, portions of the response containing proprietary information should be clearly marked as such. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. Oral submissions of information are not acceptable and will not be accepted in response to this notice.
