- Description
- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Kansas City, MO, needs to purchase up to 100,000 Imation photo coat CD?s, part number 17274. CD?s come 100 per spindle. This is a brand name procurement. No other brand will be accepted. Many other brands have been tested on the Trace CD Duplicator, and only the Imation 17274 CD works consistently. The order will be issued as a Blanket Purchase Agreement and CD?s will be ordered as needed. Quantities are not guaranteed and the Government will only pay for items received and properly invoiced for. Payment will be made using the Government Purchase Card. Items will be shipped to the USDA Warehouse, 9240 Troost Kansas City, MO 64131. All vendors submitting quotes must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Please be sure to complete the information in 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Quotes submitted without providing this information will be considered non-responsive. Vendors wishing to submit quotes for this solicitation must submit before close of business, March 16, 2007. Quotes may be submitted electronically, or Fax.
