- THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY CANCELLED IN IT'S ENTIRETY!!!! This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. The NAICS Code is 334519. Size standard is 500. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition number F2KBAD7030A003 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15 effective 12 Feb 07. The Government intends to award the following (CLIN 0001) Mobile Helium Gas Leak Detector, Spectrometer and Vacuum System design, 120 Volt, with 2 Wheel Cart, with TriScroll Roughing pump, Inlet on Leak Detector, NW25, Two Button Operation, Automated or Manual Calibration, TFT Touch Screen Operation, Selectable Languages, Provide onsite startup and training of the leak detector. QUANTITY: 1 EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: March 30, 2007 or 30 Days after Date of Award FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and Acceptance: DESTINATION.
