Description
Request for Information (RFI) This is a Request for Information only. It is not a request for proposals and does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation, make award, or pay any cost associated with responding to this announcement. All submitted information shall remain with the Government and will not be returned. The purpose of this request is to determine interest and capability. The contractor shall provide all personnel, resources, materials, equipment, supervision, licenses and other items or services necessary to perform Multimedia Services, Education and Training, Facility Design and Support and the Logistics Functions at the Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) in Denver CO. BACKGROUND: This requirement is currently being performed by an Ability One (formally JWOD) non-profit agency. DESCRIPTION: Services will include providing professional multimedia services to all ARPC personnel and supported tenant organizations and ARPC as host supported functions. These services shall include, but are not limited to, reporting, graphics, photography, event support, audio/visual equipment self-help, and first look maintenance; developing and managing education and training programs to include developing, advertising, announcing, creating guidelines to obtain education and training opportunities, consulting, determining eligibility, processing education and training requests, surveying training needs, managing ARPC?s Newcomers? Orientation, evaluating course content and presentation, and maintaining a training library; providing interior design services that result in a safe, professional, and functional workspace environment for all ARPC personnel and supported tenant organizations. Interior design services include, but are not limited to, space utilization and interior decoration; providing all resources and services necessary to perform the Logistic Support function for ARPC and supported tenants. The Logistic Support function consists of vehicle operations, Equipment and Supply Program Management, labor to support large deliveries or special projects, and supply/equipment purchases required to perform the functions under this requirement. The magnitude of this effort is estimated at $424K annually. The period of performance for this contract is anticipated to be a basic, one-year contract with four annual options. The mobilization/orientation period is planned from 1 Jun 07 -1 Jul 07. The anticipated contract type is a commercial contract pursuant to FAR Part 12. The pricing arrangement is Firm Fixed Price with reimbursable line item(s). The NAICS codes involved are 532490, 611710, 541410, 541614 and the size standard is $6.5 million in annual revenue. RESPONSES: As a minimum, submitted information should include: (a) capability statements expressing interest and intent to include (1) point of contact, (2) business size, (3) common commercial practices, (4) past performance information similar in scope to this initiative, (5) references with phone numbers and (6) any other pertinent corporate information.
