Description: This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source contract with Tohoku Electric Power Company (TEPC) to install, own and maintain the infrastructure from the nearest TEPC substation to the Shariki Communication Site at Aomori Prefecture, Japan. 374 CONS, Yokota AB intends to issue a purchase order to TEPC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to market condition for this type of requirement. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. RFQ will be posted at FedBizOpps separately. The requirement must be completed by 31 Oct 07.
