You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-CH-A, Ray Byrd, Contract Specialist, FAX number 256-876-7735. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WI LL BE ACCEPTED. This requirement is for NOUN: Indicator, Torquemet, NSN: 6620-01-457-7274, P/N: 414ES270-16, Quantity: 100 minimum/420 maximum. The proposed contractual action will be a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, applicable to the CH-4 7 helicopter with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is at a rate of 100 each, 309 Days after Contract Award. This item is restricted to Moog, Incorporated, CAGE code 1K426, and The Boeing Company, CAGE code 77272, because this part must be acqui red from a manufacturing source(s) specified on the source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current DOD-STS-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from othe r sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DOD STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have adequate an technical data package, data review discloses that req uired data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date ann otated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC, SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC, APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470 .
