- Reference Numbered Note 22 The US Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with BC Systems, Inc., 200 N. Belle Mead Rd., Setauket, NY 11733-3463. The primary goal of this effort is to provide the Government with acoustic t ransducers and support hardware for research and development purposes. Delivery of these items shall be no later than 28 September 2007. It is anticipated the resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. FOB is Destination, Redstone Arsenal.
