This requirement is sole sourced to Campbell Scientific, Inc 815 West 1800 No rth, Logan, UT 84321-1784. This hardware must be compatible with existing Campbell Scientific weather stations in use by Naval Research Laboratory and Naval Postgraduate School in support of near-earth propagation research. Any firms believing that they can provide the weather station may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the weather station without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
